Red Emergency Button

If you need help in emergency, please push the Red Emergency Button. You will hear a beep and the voice prompt of: “Connecting with OnStar emergency rescue team.”, meanwhile, your resort signal together with the information of your vehicle’s location will be immediately sent to OnStar Customer Service Center. The 24-hour awaiting customer service advisor will ensure your current location and ask about the specific assistance you need.

OnStar customer service advisor will assist you to contact the local public emergency rescue institute so that the ambulances, fire engines, police cars or other emergency rescue vehicles and rescue persons can arrive to your location immediately. If you need, OnStar customer service advisor may communicate with you at any time before the arrival of the emergency rescue and provide you with timely and efficient help.

  1. When urgent failure or traffic accident take place to your vehicle
  2. When you witness urgent failure or traffic accident taking place to other vehicles.
  3. When other emergency accident occurs.
