The customer service advisor will start a top priority communication with you to ensure the security status of you and other passengers. If it is hard for you to make response, the OnStar customer service advisor will voluntarily contact the local public emergency rescue institute so that the ambulances, fire engines, police cars and other emergency rescue vehicles and persons to reach to the accident field immediately.
