Marketing ATL Communication Manager 1 2009-12-31
job descriptrion:
  1. Propose and develop brand short ,medium and long term development objective and plan, manage and coordinate the execution of marketing communications activities as well as the post-program analysis and evaluation
  2. Propose and develop annual ATL communications objective and plan, manage and coordinate the execution of ATL communications activities as well as the post-program analysis and evaluation
  3. Develop competitive and effective communications messages based on brand positioning, critical product attributes and market trends in different period
  4. Manage and supervise ATL agency’s execution to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the ATL communications activities
  5.  Work cross functionally to ensure the consistent communication key messages, brand positioning and image are communicated across all marketing communications programs, advertising copy, mass media and sales channels, including direct mail, POS materials and training materials
  6. Manage the co-branding messages with SGM,ensure OnStar brand logo, product information and key marketing messages are well incorporated into SGM communications
  7. Work closely with NA OnStar,Shanghai OnStar internal funcitonal teams and SGM’s cross functional teams to gain consensus and support to coordinate and execute ATL communications
ATL Communications budget allocation and management

Job Requirements:
    • Result driven
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
    • Initiative working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
    • Can work independently
        • Work experience in the ATL communication field for 5  years and above
          Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Marketing or Advertising preferred
      • Have the good comprehensive ability of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
        • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office
